Pedersens to open nursery in April 

As a child Kylee Blake loved being able to walk out the backdoor of her house and have acres of land to enjoy and play on. That led her and husband, John Pedersen, to purchase the property that housed Egan’s Nursery from Ellen Egan in 2023.

Community dinner on Wed., Feb. 28

February’s Keizer Community Dinner is scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 28, at Saint Edward Catholic Church, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. This month’s dinner is hosted for Saint Edwards. Kickin’ Cancer honors survivors 

Several dozen cancer survivors, their families and supporters of Kickin’ Cancer, gathered for a dinner on Saturday, Feb. 10, to celebrate those who have passed on and those who survived their journey.
