Keizer secondary students improve in math and English state test scores

Students in Keizer secondary schools have improved in math and English skills, according to newly released state testing data.

Claggett Creek Middle School, Whiteaker Middle School, and McNary High School posted improvements from the last two years in both subjects.

According to Danielle Neves, deputy superintendent of the Salem-Keizer School District, new instructional materials played a major role in improving skills in math and English.
