It’s been a slow start out the gates for McNary volleyball, but Saturday’s showing at the Sprague Olympian Tournament may have been just what the Lady Celts needed to get the season moving in the right direction.
They went 3-0 on Saturday, opening the day with a 2-1 win against Newberg.
The Lady Celts followed that up with another 2-1 win, this time against North Medford.
The day finished up with a 2-0 win against conference opponent North Salem.
The 3-0 tournament showing was followed up with a 3-2 win at North Salem in a CVC league match on Tuesday.
