Keizer-native Matty Almendinger is known by millions as YouTuber Matty Tingles.
What many may not know is that Matty Tingles, an ASMR content creator, has also released multiple rap and hip-hop albums under the moniker Matty, with his most recent album, Not Supposed to Be Here, dropping July 12, after an eight-year hiatus.

With more than a hundred people attending throughout, the Salem Mennonite Church hosted a free carnival for the Keizer community on Friday, June 28 at the Southeast Keizer Community Center.

The event will take place from 5 to 10 p.m. and attendees will have the chance to experience the music, dance, food and other traditions of whatever country is the focus of that year’s event, with Ukraine this year.
