An upcoming Keizer play will offer a message of honesty through a story described as "ridiculous" and "zany."

Keizerites can watch three local couples perform the play "Love Letters" this weekend in a live performance by Keizer Homegrown Theatre.

Love is in the air at the Keizer Art Association's new exhibit, with a reception Saturday, Feb. 7, and in the Keizer Homegrown Theatre's Feb. 13-15 production of "Love Letters."

Medieval satire, family drama, and political tension are coming to the stage at the Keizer Homegrown Theatre. "Lion in the Winter" will open starting, Friday, Nov. 7.

"The Lion in Winter," a witty historical drama, comes to the Keizer stage in November, and tickets are on sale now.

Joseph Frederick Allen, a native Salemite and New York City-based actor, is coming to the Keizer Homegrown Theatre to teach a master class on Friday, July 12, from 6 to 9 p.m.

All are welcome this Saturday, June 15, from 1 - 3 p.m. to the Keizer Homegrown Theatre (KHT) which will be holding auditions for the upcoming theatre season.
