Oregonians come together for Memorial Day service 

Oregon’s service members, both active and retired, legislators, and community members came together, Monday, May 27, to remember and pay homage to fallen service members who gave their life in defense of the nation. 

The KeizerFEST Mayor’s Pet Parade

Kicking off the parade this year was the annual Mayor’s Pet Parade. This pre-parade allows Keizerites the chance to bring their dogs for a walk, show them off to the city and maybe even win an award.

Soggy day at the park 

Hosted by the Claggett Creek Watershed council, the Soggy Day at the Park event is coming back to Keizer on Memorial Day weekend, Saturday, May 25, from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. located at the Rotary Amphitheatre in Keizer Rapids Park.

KeizerFEST: The Bloomin’ Iris Day Parade

With a new time in May, the Bloomin’ Iris Day Parade hit the streets over the weekend, May 17, and with a great turnout from Keizerites; the city, its leadership, its businesses and schools came together to represent the Keizer motto: Spirit, Pride and Volunteerism.
