The Keizer Parks Advisory Board held one its shortest meetings ever on Tuesday, Dec. 14: 12 minutes.
With Dan Kohler filling in for city council liaison Elizabeth Smith, and all members in attendance, the board heard reports of slight damage in some city parks due to last week’s windstorm.
Parks Division Manager Robert Johnson reported that the recently completed Parks Master Plan needs to be presented to the Planning Commission before the plan is voted on by the city council. The Planning Commission will not meet again until January, pushing final approval of the plan to February 2022.
