Community members will have an opportunity to learn about Alzheimer’s and dementia at the Kaiser Permanente in Keizer Station, 5490 Ulali Drive at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 13.
Alzheimer’s disease is not a normal part of aging, and attendees will learn about the impacts of Alzheimer’s; the difference between Alzheimer’s and dementia; stages and risk factors; current research and treatments available for some symptoms; and Alzheimer’s Association resources.
