The ATM was ripped from the foundation using chains and police suspect an organized criminals from another state were involved.

A stolen truck was used to rip an ATM off its foundation at First Tech Credit Union in the early morning hours of Wednesday, May 26. 

 Keizer Police Department officers responded to a suspicious activity call at 6015 Ulali Drive N.E. at 8:30 a.m.  

Tracks from a stolen pick-up were still visible the day after an ATM was stolen from First Tech Credit Union in Keizer Station.

An ongoing investigation revealed that a full-size truck stolen in Salem was attached, by chain, to the bank's ATM.

Investigators believe the act was the work of an organized criminal element from another state.
