Legislature's HR director retires, gets work-at-home deal worth $12,000 a month. A state investigation found that Lore Christopher, the Oregon Legislature director of human resources and a former Keizer mayor, didn't fully act on harassment complaints that have embroiled the Capitol and cost taxpayers more than $1 million.
