Keizer police arrested two teenagers on Thursday, May 14, after one physically harassed his mother and attempted to steal her car.
Officers responded about 4 a.m. to a reported domestic disturbance on Northeast Partridge Lane.
The mother of a 15-year-old Keizer teen said her son left the home with his girlfriend.
