Keizer musicians will play songs from Broadway shows and music famously associated with marches in an upcoming concert at 7 p.m. Thursday, May 28 at the Keizer Event Center. The free concert, titled “Marches, Show Tunes and More,” will feature 40 musicians between ages 13 and 82 playing typical band instruments including flutes, bassoons, clarinets and others.
Director Mike Koenig said songs will include tunes from Broadway musicals such as “Carousel” and “The Music Man.”
