Kevin Vignery, a Keizer resident and behavioral specialist at Salem’s Highland Elementary School, started playing cornhole in 2016 as a way to spend time with friends.
Vignery enjoys competitive games as well as socializing, and he knew people who played cornhole tournaments regularly as part of a local club. Using old equipment available through the club, he would participate in local tournaments with friends.
