City government in Keizer won’t look much different in the year ahead, but Keizer residents and businesses will have to pay more to cover costs.
The money would keep intact the Keizer Police Department, which only recently has returned to nearly full staffing.
The spending also means the city would continue fixing streets and pipelines, tending to parks and providing modest support for a handful of local nonprofit groups.
