A maintenance worker arrested last fall for stealing from residents of a Keizer retirement complex is back in jail, now charged in a string of thefts over a year.
Justin M. Schmidtke, 48, of Salem, was lodged in Marion County Jail on June 20 and a judge later set his bail at $50,000. He was scheduled to enter a plea on Thursday, July 2.
