The Keizer Community Library is inviting the public to a ceremony Tuesday, July 7, celebrating its new formal recognition as a public library.
The event starts at 3:30 p.m. on the patio behind the library in the Keizer Cultural Center, 980 Chemawa Road N.E. It will include a ribbon cutting along with speeches from board members and U.S. Rep. Andrea Salinas.
