The reception for the annual Members Showcase at the Keizer Art Association is coming up on Saturday, June 7, from 2 to 4 p.m.
The show, spotlighting works by members of the association, is in the gallery in the Keizer Cultural Center, 980 Chemawa Road N.E. Organizers note that the show is for all forms of art, with judging by Barbara Folawn to select the winners.
The winning works will be announced at the reception, which is open to the public.

And don’t forget to get your tickets to the Keizer Homegrown Theatre’s next production, “Waiting for Waiting for Godot,” which opens Friday, June 13, and runs through Sunday, June 29, at the Keizer Cultural Center.
The satirical comedy is directed by Linda Baker and boasts a cast of accomplished actors, Tom Hewitt, Jeremy Clifton and Mandi Thompson.
Curtain time is 7 p.m. June 13-14, June 20-21 and June 27-28, with 2 p.m. matinees on Sundays, June 15, June 22 and June 29. Tickets cost $15 for general admission, and are available online at keizerhomegrowntheatre.org or at the box office.
