The Mid-Valley Comic Art Expo, happening on April 20 and 21, is coming to the Oregon State Fairgrounds on 17th Street NE.
Admission on Saturday for ages 13 and older is $15 while on Sunday admission is $10. Military (with ID) and children under 12 get in for free.
Numerous artists, vendors and special guests will be there to speak to and a variety of family-friendly activities will be available such as Artist Alley, a family art area,, cosplay groups, stage shows, artist panels, photo opportunities, special guests, theme cars and a cosplay contest.
On Saturday, doors open at 10 a.m. with the adult cosplay contest going on from 5:15 – 6:30 p.m.
For Sunday, doors open at 10 a.m. with an open floor until 4 p.m. From 4:15 – 5:45 p.m. a child’s cosplay contest will be held.
Those interested in volunteering or having an exhibit can visit the website and fill out an application.
