Robert “Bob” Bernard Ruhr, age 77, of Keizer, passed away on Monday June 3, 2019. A memorial service will occur Saturday, June 15, 2019 at 11 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 1375 Lockhaven Dr NE, Keizer, OR 97303. Arrangements with Howell, Edwards, Doerksen Funeral Home of Salem.
