Dean Veneman passed away Sunday, May 5, at his home in Salem.
He was born in Salem Sept. 2, 1956, to Orville and Maebelle Veneman.
Veneman graduated from McNary High school 1974. He held many different jobs during his life, but mostly worked for himself as owner of Dean’s Landscaping and Dean’s Installation.
He is survived by his brother Rick Veneman of Turner; sister Sally Teel of Modesto,Calif.; brother-in-law Alvin Lute of Salem; seven nieces and five nephews and several great nieces and nephews; and his dogs that he loved so much, Marley and Velvet.
Veneman was preceded in death by his father and mother, sisters Linda Coiteux and Dorothy Lute and niece Bobbie Lynn.
A Celebration of Life is slated for June 23 at Sleepy Hollow Clubhouse 1916 Icabod Street N.E. in Salem from 1 to 3 p.m.
