Mario Garcia, 28, is recovering at home after being shot in an unsolved incident at Keizer Station, with doctors leaving the bullet lodged in his scalp. His wife, Julissa Cruz, called his survival “nothing short of a miracle” and described the terrifying night when gunfire shattered their car’s rear window while their two children sat in the back seat.
