Police are seeking a Keizer woman last seen in Washington state after her husband was found dead in their North Cummings Lane home on Friday, July 17.
The body of Walter A. Peca, 59, was found in the couple’s home at 182 Cummings Lane N. but police aren’t disclosing how he was found or how he died. Investigators are treating his death as a homicide.
