A neighborhood celebration of the Fourth of July in south Keizer was disrupted when a drunk driver drove through, nearly hitting revelers, according to the Keizer Police Department.
Lt. Trevor Wenning said “dozens” of people were gathered along the 800 block of Northeast Plymouth Drive when a vehicle sped down the street at about 10 p.m.
