Tracy Cramer, who is running for the Oregon Senate, will speak in Keizer on Thursday, July 16.
Cramer will speak at the Keizer Chamber of Commerce Government Affairs Committee meeting from 12-1 p.m. at the chamber’s office, located at 4118 River Road N.
