A Keizer woman accused of attempting to kill her three young boys by gassing them in a garage has been released from jail after $50,000 bail was posted.
Chardonnay M. Benavidez, 32, was ordered by Marion Circuit Judge Courtland Geyer to live at a West Salem home in the custody of another individual. The relation between Benavidez and that person couldn’t be immediately determined.
