Keizer workers last week cleared out two homeless camps along Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway.
Both tent encampments were in the parkway territory, up against fencing bordering Keizer.
One camp was across the fence from the Pleasant View Apartments off Northeast Pleasant View Drive. Two people found at the camp were arrested by Keizer police for outstanding warrants.
A second camp was east of Northeast Brandon Avenue.
