A Keizer man was tricked into giving access to his cell phone by a person posing as a customer service representative who then racked up $700 in charges, Keizer police reported.
The victim told police on Friday, Dec. 12, that he thought he was talking to a representative from Sirius SM. The fraudster opened and made charges to an account before it was closed.
