McNary senior Jocelyn Schnurbusch set a school record on Saturday, Nov. 8, posting the fastest Lady Celt’s time ever at the state cross country meet.
Schnurbusch clocked the course at Lane Community College in 19:23.5. That put her in 28th among 147 runners.
The winning time was 17:11.1.
Three other Celts competed in the state meet.
Kaily Bollman-Lechner finished in 20:29.4, 85th.
In boys competition, Josef Picazo was 57th out of 151 runners in a time of 16:27.8 and Jaxsen Herring was 86th with a time of 16:46.8.
The winning time in the boys race was 15:01.1.
