The McNary Celtics lost their ninth straight on Tuesday against South Medford. But even with the struggles, the Celtics can still find some positives in the season.

The Celtics were unable to tame the Lions offense, as West Linn jumped out early, scoring in each of the first four innings — including five in the first — of the 12-1 win.

McNary travelled to Canby High School on Thursday, losing to the Cougars 12-6.

Over Spring Break the Celtics went 1-2 in tournament play, as Cooper Cripe homered in each of the first two games.

The Celtics travelled to West Salem on Friday, as the Titans came away with a 47-7 behind four first half scores by Jimmy Lathen.
