Hello Keizer….

Keizer has newly minted First Citizen. Kevin Dial was announced the winner of the annual award presented by the Keizer Chamber of Commerce. Other winners included Leslie and Louis Risewick as Merchants of the Year, Brad Lomax won the Mickey McClure Service to Education Award; Mike Lowery was presented with the President’s Award. McNary High School senior Baylee Lawyer was named the 2023 Dennis Koho Future First Citizen.

For indoor entertainment, McNary High School has just the ticket: the musical, Momma Mia! opened this week and continues through Saturday, Feb. 3. If you love music by supergroup ABBA, or want to support community kids in the arts, purchase tickets at mcnary-theatre.ticketleap.com, or at the door.
