Keizer’s new public works director lives to learn

Read through Keare Blaylock’s resume and one conclusion is inescapable.

She loves to learn.

Blaylock’s study, both formal and independent, will come to bear as she steps into the role as Keizer’s public works director. She assumed her new role Tuesday, Jan. 20, succeeding the retiring Bill Lawyer.

Her resume ranges from formal coursework that earned her degrees at Oregon State University to outside seminars such as “Conflict Resolution for Managers” to “Working Near Waterways.”
