Despite morning rainfall, families flocked to the Keizer Public Works Day for games, goodies, and educational tidbits.
The event on Wednesday, June 18, at Keizer Rapids Park featured booths from the city Public Works Department, the Keizer Fire District, and other city organizations.
“We hope to bring attention to everything that the public works department does for the community,” said Lana Bremer, the public works’ administrative technician and event coordinator.
