Keizer Art Association’s January show set to feature nature’s creatures

“Fins, Feathers and Fur” will get the spotlight in January at the Keizer Art Association. 

The show opens Thursday, Jan. 8, and runs through Tuesday, Feb. 3. It will feature artwork reflecting that theme by artists in all mediums, with a special youth category for age 4-14.

The show is open to works in categories including 2D, 3D, photography and digital art.

Intake will be from 3 to 6 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 7, at the Keizer Art Association gallery in the Keizer Cultural Center, 980 Chemawa Road N.E. Information is available online at www.keizerarts.com.

The public is invited to a reception for artists from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 10, at the gallery. The event will include the announcement of winning entries.
