A Keizer couple who run an accounting business have bought the former Freeman Chiropractic Clinic building on River Road to remodel for their new offices.
Nestor Heredia Gurrola and his wife Horalia Anaya Cruz operate Grupo Contable, which they established in 2017.
In March, they formed Northwest Lands and acquired the building at 4747 River Road N., not far from their existing operations. Marion County records show they paid $750,000 for the 2,000-square-foot building constructed in 1969.
The couple has hired Redwood Construction of Albany for the remodeling work. They expect to open their new office next May or June.
The building had been the clinic for Dr. Herbert Freeman, licensed as a chiropractor in Oregon from 1965 until his retirement in 2023.
