Walk/run clinic kicks off at Gallagher Fitness

For the next 12 weeks, Gallagher Fitness is hosting a beginning walking and running clinic for women. 

The Women’s Beginning Walking and Running Clinic is a 12-week clinic to help participants progress to walking or running at a comfortable pace. Participants get support, motivation and camaraderie from others in the group and from group leaders.
