A McNary freshman hopes to raise $4,000 towards a national bowling championship this summer.

McNary High School has resurrected its bowling team with two new coaches who will lead the season come September. Denny Eubank, 44, will lead the effort, assisted by Kyle Read, 36. The two share high hopes for the team’s future.

Essential Services LLC, an Oregon-based healthcare company, is hosting a free bowling night at The REC on River Road in Keizer on Dec. 15, for differently-abled of all ages to help foster community inclusion and socialization.
