When temperatures rose to 90 degrees in late June, members of Keizer’s Northview Terrace Swim Club cooled off in their pool.
Julia Rose, whose father-in-law helped collect donations to build the pool next to Northview Terrace Park in the late 1960s, sat at a shaded picnic table with her daughter. Her grandchildren floated on pool noodles and played in the water with friends.
