The Salem-Keizer School District wants to sell a 133-year-old school building in the Clear Lake neighborhood.
The Centennial School, located at 7990 Wheatland Rd N., was once a grade school and has been used most recently for district storage.
The Salem-Keizer School Board is to consider final action to put the building up for sale at its Oct. 14 meeting. The Marion County Assessor’s Office last year valued the two-acre property and building at $1.1 million.
