Smiles were in abundance on Keizer’s River Road on Saturday, May 16, as the the Bloomin’ Iris KeizerFEST Parade took to the route.
The parade, organized by the Keizer Chamber of Commerce, featured a colorful array of floats, decorated vehicles, costumed kids and dance and music groups.
Along the way, participants handed out candy and souvenirs to spectators lining the road.
As is traditional, the chamber singled out some entries for awards, including :
First Citizen’s Choice: Countryside Christian Church
Most Unique: Creekside Veterinary Clinic
Spirit Award: The Lotus Studio
Commercial Division: ServiceMaster Restore
Mayor’s Choice: Casa Bella Construction
