Over 20 years ago, Keizer resident Roger Courser remembers noticing a relative’s display of small holiday houses.
The cousin of Courser’s wife had a room dedicated to the display, with models of holiday-themed homes, businesses and people. Audio would come on as people walked by certain parts of the display.
