The Keizer Police Department is alerting drivers to closures coming to River Road in preparation for the Festival of Lights Parade on Saturday, Dec. 13.
The parade starts at 7 p.m. Saturday, but the traffic changes begin much earlier that afternoon to smooth staging and pre-parade activities.
