McNary High School and Career Technical Education Center student Emely Medina (right) talked about her recent accomplishing in the CTEC law enforcement program at the Keizer City Council meeting Monday, April 1. Teacher Josh Barnett (left) said Medina has excelled in the program despite entering into it late in the year. “She is an outstanding student, has a strong work ethic, and is well on her way to success in whatever career she chooses to pursue after high school,” he said.
