Auditions will be at the theater in the Keizer Cultural Center, 980 Chemawa Road N.E., starting at 10 a.m., with a scene reading portion at 2:30 p.m. There will be callbacks on Sunday, April 26.

“Misery” by William Goldman and based on the novel by Stephen King. It tells the tale of novelist Paul Sheldon, rescued from a car crash by his biggest fan – who then holds him captive in her remote home. It becomes a battle for survival as his deranged, manipulative hostess forces the injured man to write a book to right a perceived wrong in a previous novel.
