Watercolor works get the spotlight in the next show at the Keizer Art Association Gallery, 980 Chemawa Road N.E.

The event is the annual WOW! Show, which opens Wednesday, July 30, and runs through Wednesday, Sept. 3.

The show name refers to the Wild Over Watercolor art guild, which began in 2009 with a group of watercolor artist friends wanting to work together and support each other’s talent and development. 

The deadline for entries is July 30, with intake from 3 to 6 p.m. at the gallery. A reception for the artists, with winning entries announced, will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 2.  The show and the reception are open to the public.
