KAA announces September winners

Gary Olsen-Hasek won Best in Show for his entry, Boni Blue.

Keizer Art Association’s September show was the Member’s Showcase #3, open only to association members. Winners of the all-virtual show were announced Saturday, Oct. 2.

The winners were:

2D — First place: Shelter by Carol Sims, second place: Vivaldi Summer by Martha Hughes; third place: Faded Paint and Rusty Stories by Donna Lee.

Photography— First place: Memory of a Lake Michigan Freeze by Gary Olsen-Hasek, second place: Old and Shiny by John DeJarnatt, third place: Solitude by Donna Lee.

Digital art — First place: Celestial Lights by Janice Christman, second place: By the Bonny Stormy Banks of Loch Lomond by Gary Olsen-Hasek, third place: Impression of a Visit to Lochranza Castle by Gary Olsen-Hasek.

3-D — First place: Spots, Dots and Squiggles by Jo Ann Leadingham; second place: Patron Saint of Technology Wreath by Leland Gilsen; third place: The Cannibal’s Dilemma by Leland Gilsen.

Juror’s Merit — What is This? by Jo Ann Leadingham

Best in Show — Boni Blue by Gary Olsen-Hasek.
