Rodarti Gonzalez
A man from Independence was arrested on charges of rape, menacing, coercion, strangulation and unlawful use of a weapon in north Keizer on Wednesday, June 9.
The suspect, Armando Rodarti Gonzalez, 46, of Independence, was taken to Marion County jail and released June 14. Gonzalez is prohibited from any contact with the victim or their home and will be fined $10,000 if he does not show up in court for future proceedings.
Keizer police responded to the report of a domestic disturbance at approximately 10 a.m.
The Marion County District Attorney’s office is pursuing all four charges, according to online court records
All of the alleged crimes are class C felonies.
