Both boys and girls golf teams at McNary High School hosted Mountain Valley Conference tournaments earlier this week at McNary Golf Club.
The Celtics boys’ teams placed fourth out of eight teams on Monday while the girls squad placed fourth out of seven teams on Tuesday.
Joel Dutcher led the McNary boys by finishing 19-over par by shooting a 90. Zack Roth was the only other Celtic golfer to shoot under 100 as he finished with a 94.
Bailey True led the McNary girls by shooting a 102 – which was the fourth highest score of the tournament.
Emma John also had a solid day with a 112, as did Juralee Stover, who shot 116.
