The Keizer Public Arts Commission invites artists of all ages to submit artwork which expresses the holiday season in Keizer for the 2019 Holiday Card Competition.
One piece of artwork will be selected by the Keizer Public Arts Commission to be reproduced as the City of Keizer’s 2019 Holiday Greeting Card. The artist who submits the winning selection will receive a $100 gift card to Michaels Arts & Crafts.
