The Keizer City Council rounded out appointments to the group that will consider changes to the city charter at its meeting Tuesday, Sept. 3
Zaira Flores-Marin and Shannon Flowers were appointed to the City Charter Review Committee that already included Broderick Pack, Garry Whalen, Pat Fisher, Kathy Lincoln, and Rick Kuehn. The council decided to expand the committee to nine members after the Volunteer Coordinating Committee ran into confusion over the legal definition regarding who was eligible to serve on the committee and the intent of the council when it established the committee. The remaining two slots will be filled by city councilors.
Andrea Madison was appointed to Position #2 on the Keizer Public Arts Commission.
