Todd Erickson from Earthworks Excavation says he is ready to pour cement on at least one of the new structures.
The Keizer Parks Department recently announced a temporary shut-down to the Big Toy facility at Keizer Rapids Park in order to improve the shade sail structures. However a contractor was spotted on-site and says it also includes two entirely new picnic areas on either side of the popular children's play-structure.
An already-built pavilion near the volleyball courts at KRP.
Erickson said that both the new structures will look exactly like the existing pavilion near the volleyball courts, although the roof color might be different.
One of the two pavilion sites being prepped for concrete.
